(1) The following Film Development Board shall be formed for the development and promotion of films:-
(a) Person nominated by the Government of Nepal – Chairman
(b) Representative of the Ministry – Member
(c) Representative, Ministry of Finance – Member
(d) ………..
(e) ………..
(f) Three persons nominated by the Ministry from among the persons related to the film sector – members
(G) Deputy Secretary of the Ministry - Member-Secretary

(2) The term of office of the nominated member according to sub-rule (1) shall be two years.

(2A) If anything is written in sub-rule (2) However, if it feels that any nominated member has not performed satisfactory work, the Government of Nepal may remove such member from the position at any time.

(3) The board may invite any expert person who has worked in the field of film to the meeting of the board.
